Staff is supposed to actually do something instead of providing random invisibile numeric boosts. For example, we want to assign medic and trainers to wrestlers for injury recovery and stat boosting. Your writers should throw ideas for storylines, using them can boost your storylines ratings. The more producers you have, the better is the alliance roster rotation…Currently there’s some unique staff mechanics in Booker Blitz, but more are on the way before a full release

Staff improvements

We want to be able to simulate bringing a wrestler back from injury, a debut or a retirement match. We call these special matches and we want to add them to the game early on the pre-release phase.
